The tax does not apply to children under the age of 15.

All kitchens have a fully equipped kitchenette including dining and cooking utensils, towels, detergent, microwave, dishwasher & tabs, refrigerator, Cremesso capsule coffee maker, soda stream and Melitta coffee filter jug.

- free of charge up to 60 days prior to arrival
- from 60 to 29 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total price will be charged
- from 29 to 6 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total price will be charged
- from 6 days prior to arrival 90 % of the total price will be charged
- no show 100 %
